Vision —
Ray of Hope Trust’s Vision is helping poor people and their communities through Hope, Faith, Dignity & Justice. (in Simple words we dreamed of reducing poverty in India as well as in the world.)
Belief of Ray of Hope Trust —
All people are the future of a nation. For an emerging country like India, development of poor people holds the key to the progress of the nation itself, and their education is the cornerstone of this progress. But education for them cannot be achieved without ensuring the welfare of the family – like a child can go to school regularly only when the family, particularly the mother is healthy and empowered; the family has decent livelihood opportunities and a steady income.
Realizing this, Ray Of Hope Trust, beginning the corridors for poor people, with support a intensive programmes focused on Poverty, livelihood, education & health.
Values &
Guiding Principles
We aim to recognize and value the potential of local resource and traditional wisdom of people.
Our focus is concentrated on the receiver’s dignity instead of the donor’s pride.
We promote circular economy by ensuring maximum use of each material.
We value collaborative efforts with partner organizations to increase effectiveness and scale.
Ray of Hope Trust views every entity as equal stakeholder in the process of development rather than observing hierarchical relationships.
In the race of development we all are too focused on machines i.e. the big and known issues, ignoring the needles- the most important basic needs.
