Ray of Hope Trust has a refund policy in place for donors, applicable only in cases of errors or technical issues that result in double payments or excess donations.
To initiate a refund, donors must notify Ray of Hope Trust through email or letter within 15 calendar days from the donation date. Once the request is received, refunds are typically processed within 30 calendar days.
Donors will receive detailed information about the refund via email or letter. Refunds will be issued by cheque made out to the donor.
Please be aware that refunds will be processed according to the current currency rates and will be issued in INR only.
Additionally, a cancellation fee of 2-3% will be applied to all online donations, while a fee of INR 300 will be deducted for donations made through other methods such as cheques or demand drafts.
